Ronald Greene, LCSW
President/CEO

Graduate of State University of New York at Binghamton and Columbia University Graduate School of Social Work, Mr. Greene possesses over 30 years of clinical and administrative experience working with at risk youth and families.  His employment history includes working for NYS as a resident therapist, the Assistant Director of two residential facilities, and as Assistant Regional Director with oversight for 48 private voluntary agencies and 13 domestic violence programs within a nine county catchment area encompassing the Lower Mid-Hudson Valley and Long Island.

Mr. Greene is an adjunct professor for Marist College in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences and has provided consulting services for both public and private agencies.  Mr. Greene is certified as a Chaplain and his activities include working with the faith-based community.

 Diane McKoy-Wills, MPA
 Vice President

Graduate of New York University, in Rehabilitation Counseling and Marist College with Master's in Public Administration, Ms. Mckoy-Wills has over thirty years experience in the field of child welfare and family services.

Ms. McKoy's experience includes supervision of substance abuse and community based programs for juvenile delinquents and foster care youth. As a program licensor,  auditor and trainer for the State of New York she is poised to develop and deliver programs that meet the needs of those contracting with GRS.
